Computer programming training professionals and community-minded students are needed to help teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of tech leaders.
Who We’re Looking For
Two ways to make
a difference.
Whether you’re a student looking to give back or a seasoned industry professional — there’s a meaningful role for you at Code Edge.
High School & College Students
We know many of you want to accumulate community service hours in worthwhile, interesting areas. Code Edge is the perfect place to do exactly that.
Serve as a teaching assistant in our summer camps or Saturday workshops — guiding younger students through coding challenges while building your own leadership and communication skills.
Community Service HoursIndustry Professionals
We need adults from the computer programming profession to serve as summer camp and Saturday workshop teachers — sharing real-world expertise that textbooks can’t replicate.
We’re also looking for industry professionals to deliver career seminars on computer-related professions, helping students see the road ahead clearly.

Why volunteer with Code Edge?
Your time and skills create ripples that last far beyond any single workshop.
Represent the future
Be a relatable role model for underrepresented youth who need to see people who look like them thriving in tech careers.
Sharpen your skills
Teaching others is one of the most powerful ways to deepen your own knowledge. You’ll leave every session with fresh perspectives.
Build your network
Connect with fellow professionals, educators, and community leaders who share a passion for equitable STEM access.
Flexible commitment
Weekend workshops and event-based opportunities mean you can contribute meaningfully without disrupting your schedule.
Real community impact
Every hour you give directly funds free programming education for students who couldn’t otherwise access it.
Grow as a leader
Whether you’re a student or a senior engineer, volunteering develops communication, empathy, and leadership in ways few experiences can.
